Step 1
This is the beginning of the papermaking process; here we have scrap paper being weighed, classified, and stored.

Step 2
Scrap paper is fed on conveyors into “hydra pulpers They mix the scrap paper with water and chemicals, turning scrap paper into pulp. Different grades / types of waste paper are combined to produce the required characteristics of the finished product.

Step 3
Impurities are taken out of the pulp (plastic, clay, ink, stickies, etc.) in this part of the process. This cleansing of pulp is crucial in maintaining consistent quality.

Step 4
The pulp is now stored in tanks or pool made by cement. Next, it is prepared for a steady and uniform flow, which is crucial for the paper making machines.

Step 5
The pulp receives one more final cleansing before reaching the papermaking machinery through screens and centrifugal cleaners. Additionally, the pulp will be conditioned and refined to enhance the formation of the sheet.

Step 6
After the initial forming of the sheet of paper, moisture is removed by natural drainage, vacuums, pressure, and heat. This is a side view of one of our paper making machines.

Step 7
The sheet of paper is now wound into a parent roll of tissue when the proper diameter and weight are achieved.
